Most Dreams Are Lost Before Breakfast
You have perhaps four to six dreams a night. By the time the kettle boils, nearly all of them are gone. This is not a flaw in your memory. The interface is designed to close quickly on waking so the day can begin. But it means that whatever the night was trying to show you, the drill, the message, the rare bleed from a deeper layer, evaporates before you can read it.
Dream work is mostly one humble skill: catching the dream before it dissolves, and then, over weeks and months, noticing the patterns in what you caught. It is less like fortune telling and more like keeping a quiet log of your own depths until the shape of them becomes clear.
"A dream you write down is a message received. A dream you forget is a letter burned unopened."
What This Guide Contains
The full method is members-only, and it is meant to be worked over time, not read once. Inside: the capture practice that actually keeps dreams from dissolving, the sorting method that tells a sandbox dream from a message from a bleed, the lucidity ladder for those who want to wake up inside the dream, and how AURA can help you see the patterns across many nights that no single dream reveals.
